If you downloaded the software via the link that was sent to you in an email and have problems such as “a quick flash of the DOS screen and then the installation screen disappears and DataEase is not installed”, then, please do ONE of the following:

1)      Login using your registered username and password;
2)      Go to the HOME page and click the “Download” link just under text: “The latest maintenance version of DataEase 7.2 is now available. Click below to download…”
3)      DataEase will download and you should be able to proceed from there.

Or

1)      Login using your registered username and password;
2)      Click the “My Account” link;
3)      Click the “Your Downloads” link;
4)      Click the “Direct Download” link
5)      DataEase will download and you should be able to proceed from there.
